It’s all good and well to have local councils offer the service.
But without uncapped local bandwidth does not help any of us

If they can give me a better deal than telkom, and a larger tub of vaseline, then by all means, roll it out.

(Telkom) = (50% Government) = (99% Municipalities)...... don't see any light at the end of the tunnel

I agree you are all very funny :D Who do you think is assisting the Munis to set this all up? Why, here in Durban it is - wait - TELKOM heheh.... so its not their loss at all.....
