After installing Windows 7 on our PC we installed the driver for our printer, Brother DCP-110C, it always shows some errors after installing. Only to find out there's some sort of incompatibility, because the CD driver supports XP and Vista, ultimately we can't do any print jobs due to this. We've downloaded the one on the Brother site, our model's one, to no avail too. We've tried different drivers, all don't work. We went to Incredible Connections, they gave us a driver which purpotedly supports 7. Doesn't work too, it's XP and Vista too when I checked it's name code. When we go back for a refund, we're told that there are no Win7 DCP-110C drivers, we have to downgrade to XP, they're not going to refund. We leave perplexed as to why not refund us. Luckily we have XP, so I'll be re-installing the whole system today.
Why aren't there Win7 drivers for many Brother models? Are they under development or what?
