Budget ADSL Modem/Routers with 3G/4G Failover or USB for 3G/4G Failover?

Good Morning All,

My old router looks like it is on its way out. Any suggestions for a cost effective ADSL modem with a Cellular failover mechanism? I don't need WiFi or VDSL support, but if the unit has it it is also fine.
