Anyone here living in Buh-Rein Estate? I am looking at buying some property there and have been told that fibre will be available. By the sounds of it Vodacom will have presence there with their fibre network and Amobia is currently there with their fibre network.

Stay away from Vodacom and MTN fibre. They will kill you with their prices

Amobia is currently the provider. They had some issues but things are better now. capped speeds up to 100mbps and uncapped only to 20mbps.

Vodacom advertised but nothing ever happened.

Do you know how their capped packages work? I cannot see any capped amounts or speeds shown on their website for gated communities.

Yes I had a look at that yesterday. The uncapped section makes sense (looking past the spelling mistakes and other errors) but the capped section only mentions line speed. There is no capped amount mentioned which is weird.

The website is a bit outdated.

Pricing changing soon. Hoping for more info this week still.

Moved into buh rein estate recently, have had uncapped fibre with amobia since the start of this month. Overall so far it's been really good. The highest package we were able to get was 15mb down, not 20. But it's pretty decent still. The upload speeds are better than advertised.
