I operate a small business in Nelspruit and use FNB as my primary banking account. From time to time I need to add business credit cards to the account, re-negotiate interest rates and charges. This can only be done by going into the bank and seeing a business account manager (No one other than a business account manger can help with business accounts), in the last four visits I made to the bank the business account manager was either off, at another branch or nobody knew were the person was. Making a telephonic appointment to see business manager has the same response. If you have had similar problems and moved to a new bank please advise if things improved and what bank you moved to.
