I know you can recharge prepaid cellc account online, but where can I recharge the BIS service online? or is my only option a voucher at a shop?

Can you advise how long it takes to activate. Went through the steps of dialing *147# and it sent me an SMS stating that BIS had been activated, but according to the status on my BB it is not yet active.

I find it helps to turn off your mobile and wifi network and then turn it back on after you've subscribed/re-subscribed.

A battery pull could also be tried.
With phone switched on remove battery from phone, wait +/-60seconds, then re-insert battery.
BIS should then be active.
