Hi

I need the services of a C# and .NET expert for a few hours to help me translate a few problematic Zebra SDK callbacks to a different language for integration.

My problem is that there are so many virtualized classes and methods that i cannot figure out the base class and method that needs to be used.

Please contact me if you think you can help or have experience.

We will be working over zoom....

Payment on successful completion, not just re-doing what I have already done.

Kind Regards

Have you actually thought about asking Zebra for assistance? Last time I worked with their stuff they were pretty all right.
I suspect you're trying to interact with one of their DLLs, are you sure it's a C# class library and you're not trying to interface to something that is actually written in C++

Yep... My lack of .net and C# experience is my problem. Creating objects and using them are fine, it's just the one specific callback that I need to register that is a virtual method and that seems to point to another virtual object with a few methods and a few virtual methods from another object.... like looking through a kaleidoscope ... it just keeps on going on and on ..

Zebra feedback is just .... " the code is in the example" .. it's not the code, it's following the code to the real method of the real .net object or class so i can re-define it in my solution.

Reading TFID tags on events and writing tags on events I initiate, works fine, I need to have the callback pointed to the right object and event to be informed when "basket reads" where the scanner picks up tags coming into range...

So - my lack of .NET and C# knowledge....

Hi Riebens, you mentioned another language. What is the language you are trying to convert it to/from?

I'll need a 50K retainer fee and a link to the code

Payment to be made using apple gift cards.
