C-Cover Call Centre - Cell phone claim

I don't know if anybody else have ever got through to these people.
I got cut off after 34 minutes, 12 minutes, and 1 hour..... gave up...

Nobody got back to me regarding my cell phone claim. The claim was submitted on the 11th of October.
How long can it take????

hahaha, what did you expect from a 'free' service.

Personally I'm just pretending its not even there, I only pay R27pm with my other short term insurace for my Galaxy S2 @ R6500.
