Key responsibilities:
• Provide 3rd level support by investigating and resolving incidents in accordance to SLA’s
• Maintain and enhance all software applications by:
o Identifying, troubleshooting and debugging defects
o Managing individual project priorities, deadlines and deliverables
o Analyze business requirements and design technical solutions in order to match requirements
Requirements:
• Relevant qualification
• 3+ years’ .NET experience - full stack
• Working knowledge of relational databases – MSSQL & MySQL
• Working knowledge of API design and distributed backend systems
• Working experience in web technologies utilizing SOA patterns
• Knowledge of OOP design and patterns
• Experience using PHP or the willingness to learn
• Strong use of source code repositories
Key competencies:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English)
• Ability to communicate technical, complex concepts to relevant stakeholders
• Ability to up-skill and learn independently
• Ability to work independently and in a team
