Call from Cell C? 084145

I keep getting a call from this number (apparently Cell C) asking to rate their service? I'll rate service if I feel like it, why call me during working hours?

I'm on Cell C and satisfied but this is the 3rd time I got this call.. and it's annoying.

084145 is cellc direct. I got a call from them and they were selling a tablet and usb dongle with data.... So yes they mostlikely want to sell something. Maybe the time you answer the call they didn't pick up hence the prompt to rate the service you recieved

Yeah... Don't appreciate it, maybe when I signed my contract I opted-in for Marketing calls even though I make sure to opt-out of those things.
