What price for the xbox version? PLayed COD but on PC always , is the XBOX version difficult ? I can imagine it will look and feel better but what about controls ? Now I must get me a gold live membership !!!

Take2 are selling it for R614, not bad at all.

I struggle with FPS' on console, I just prefer the mouse for aiming.

Jaa me too , GTA4 was not that bad though but then again its not a FPS. There is a mouse and keyboard for the Xbox but its generic and not that great , I wish Microsoft can come out with one.

Will end up buying the game anyway cos its just awesome on my high def LCD , I played GTA4 on a 72cm tube for a day , next day I saw how it looks at hifi corp on a LCD and went out and bought me a LG 32inch , simply awesome ,

Interestingly enough the American character, Sgt Miller, is voiced by 24 actor Keifer Sutherland (who doesn’t hold back on the dirty language throughout the game) while his Russian equivalent Private Dimitri Petrenko finds his beginnings in a scene reminiscent of something from Enemy at the Gates which adds a bit of a Hollywood shine to the game.

Not just Keifer Sutherland but Gary Oldman also has a role as Sgt. Reznov. The russian soldier helping out Dimitri.

This game is average - doesn’t come close to predecessor COD4 - Personally found the single player really fun and I am still enjoying it, the graphics are decent. The multiplayer on the other hand falls horribly short of COD4. It just doesn’t flow.

I play COD5 but I don't nearly love it / enjoy it as much as COD4.

It is alot of fun, but if you loved COD4, you will enjoy COD5 for a bit then start wanting to play COD4 again.

COD5 was a hack released in order to generate profits... more of like a mod for CoD4 - quite lame
CoD4 was and still is much better in the multiplayer department.

COD5 is by far the weakest game in the franchise. It's over-scripted, there's little or no character progression or story line. And the Russian missions are frankly irritating with the Russian sergeant constantly going on about wreaking vengeance on the Germans. The Russian tank mission is also cr**. In short, I find little to like about it and I really can't understand why after the absolutely stunning COD4, they thought fit to release this drek.

The game is too short for me, I guess I can replay the missions at different skill levels but I felt cheated after the game lasted me about 4 days of only a few hours play, I could finish it in 1 day if I played non-stop to be honest.
