Caller ID not working

Hey guys I know this is probably not the right place to post this.

Ive had a cell c voice contract for about 2 years now and my caller id never works, I have been back
to the provider(nashua mobile) a couple of times but they just cant seem to get it working.

Anyone here able to help ?
