Calls being dropped not connecting

I'm getting really frustrated but the amount of dropped calls... While talking you will hear like massive static or something very loud and defening then the call is silent.

Trying to make calls I'm getting that cellc man voice saying "Your call could not be connected at this time, Please try again later" but its not voicemail and it doesn't matter what network I pnone. I think cellc to cellc get the least errors.

I have not logged any faults cause Ive been told its my phone that is broken...... Yes I tried in 3 different phones and they all do the same thing...... Not to even mention that its clearly cellc voice saying my call could not be connected.......

Any one else heard that voice when trying to call?

No can not say I have experienced what you are describing, and I made many calls today to other networks and CellC peoples.
