Hi, I purchased the 2GB/month data bundle a few months back. However, I found that this is not enough, my megs for this month are in fact already used up.

Can I add the OOB 0.15/meg Cell C promo to my existing modem? Please advise.

Well, 15c/MB is not a promo. It's permanent.
You should be able to buy a 50 MB bundle for R7,50 and after that get the low OOB tariff.
