I emailed and asked a place for a quote on a specific inverter/ups + battery setup and they replied with the model number (the one i want), price and some details on the product.
I have just found out they quoted me the wrong price. They have quoted me the price of the model below the one i wanted.
Can i hold them to that price?

As it was just an email, no probably not. It's quite douchy anyway.

Just ask them to confirm price for the model you want.

E&OE terms.
They have probably excluded errors and omissions.
Not worth fighting over.

^^This. Also, they aren't required by law to sell you anything they've quoted on. Its a quote, not an invoice. No money has changed hands so they can refuse service if they choose.
