Hi all,

This is my first time posting here to this forum. I would like to ask if my Vodafone r207 pocket wifi router (Huawei e2550 originally) can be plugged into the wall and be on all the time? I live in an area where there isn't any telkom internet so I had to get something like the line of this little router.

Any help with regard to this would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks
Sean

The safest option would be to remove the battery then use the mains 24/7.

You can keep battery inside and keep it powered all the time, it should be no problem.

I've had 1 in my car for about a year now - still works perfectly with no issues

Maybe take the battery out for summer as the temps in a car can physically damage the battery.
