you might be able to login, but it takes quite a while, and other times it just doesn't work.
BUT, what you can do is use RouteSentry from ant1b0dy and connect to one local (OpenWeb) and one international account using RASPPPoE.
RouteSentry will automatically route all international traffic via the one account (like traffic to login to BFHQ) and all local traffic via the local account (like the game traffic to SGS). That way you'll always be able to log on and play without problems, and it's quite handy for browsing ect. to save on your international account.
If you don't want another account that you have to pay a monthly fee for and might not use up, I'd recommend a Web Africa Pre-Paid account for your international traffic. You pay R70 per GB and never lose that at the end of the month, and you only have to buy another GB when you want to.
