And you will have no problem with them damaging your driveway/pavement outside your home, hitting your water pipe which will cause dirt and air locks to enter your homes water supply, them making driving in your neighbourhood very dangerous as they leave the dirt and tar bricks in the road?
Ahh, SA Digital Villages.
Complain to them about the quality of work being done.

doneCool. Can you pm me the address and your contact details so I can have the correct person get in touch with you?
So the answer is no. The road reserve, colloquially referred to as a pavement, is council property, and the company digging it up has the wayleave from said council which gives them permission to dig it up.

Cool. But they have no right fix any connection boxes to MY wall. So what will be the use in digging up my pavement if they cannot fit the cables to the box?
You can to take that up with our project team when they contact you. The short answer is that they will leave a duct buried in the ground at the wall and log the gps coordinates. One day someone else might live there and require a connection. Or your circumstances might change and even you change your mind.
Based on what you are saying it would seem the workers need some supervision, so might I suggest go and get a khaki outfit, a hat and a sambok, then wait for then to come to your property and supervise.
They promised not to dig at all and skip my home completely. Suits me fine. I just bought the home and plan to die there. That or the government may take it. Point is, nobody is going to need that Fibre for decades.

Except they will dig along the road reserve if they need to, and possibly across your driveway if they need to to complete their network loop, there is nothing you can do about that...
You can (and it seems have) got them to not attach anything to your wall, and thats about as much control as you have over this process.
