Can not SMS from Cell C to Vodacom

Cell C to Vodacom does not work
Vodacom to Cell C works perfectly

I have had a few issues getting them through in Mutual Park, today - but seems to be working now. Could have just been signal which is not great in parts of the building where I am.

Same here, tried to SMS a friend with a VC phone but failed. CellC to VC.

I'm not receiving any sms's from any network,when I check on the MyTools portal its there, just not coming to my phone

I need some help here, please anyone.

Problem still the same, and i did a test to MTN as well as to my CellC sim on my phone.
Sent sms to VC sim = fail
Sent sms to MTN sim = fail
Sent sms to CellC sim on my phone = fail
Changed modem sim 074xxxxx from my K3520 modem to the E367 modem = fail
Upgraded Mobile Partner = failed to send sms.
The only thing which i cannot test is the cellc sim & support said it's OK. I don't know what to do anymore.
I'm using MPartner for many years now, never had this kind of problem.

Just saw USSD also fails.

Bought a new 99c for real starterpack this morning.
Problem solved, SMS's go through now with no problem.

& support said sim is OK?
