Yes they can, but they won't. They are chokers like Ireland is with semi finals. Too big a monkey on their back and will fail under pressure. If they bat first then the chances should be better, but still wouldn't bet on them.

the stars need to allign for it to happen.
we would need to finish 2nd or 3rd. and india needs to finish first wiht Austrailia fourth.
we have a bit of a jinx against NZ in semi finals so ideally we dont want to face them there. maybe we get lucky and face AFghanistan (for this to happen we need to loose to them in the pool stages)
the only realistic shot we have is to have Austrailia somehow beat India in the semi, so we can play them in the final wiht the full support of the indian Crowd behind us ang AGAINST Aus.
can we win it? yes.

I have said it before. we sent the best team we possibly could send and we are not good enough.
India will take this world cup. that is where you should be placing the bet. lower odds. but a safe bet.
