Can someone from Cell C please assist me.

I am in the Brooklyn Pretoria area close to UP. For the last week I have been having trouble to connect, in fact since last year november I have had an issue every single month and it is getting irritating now, if the modem is not overheating the network is down. Anyways, since last week the dashboard hanged on the "authenticating message" and then after some more tries it connects but you can't access or ping any website. This morning I took my dongle and the same laptop to work which is in pretoria cbd and everything works perfectly, went back home at lunch time and I still have the same issue, connects but no throughput on the same laptop and dongle. Called the cell c helpline and waited 10min for someone to answer in order to tell them that something is wrong with their network, the guy told me he will put me through to someone that can logged the call for me and I waited another 10min after which I decided that I will not waste anymore money holding the line.

Now, can someone from cell c please assist me, I need the internet for work and most importantly, I paid to be online not offline. I am using the 5gb bundle.
