I have a problem with my cellphone account. I cannot get through to 808 to speak to someone and I have given up trying, it is even worse, by a factor of three, than trying to report an electricity fault to the City of Johannesburg.
My cellphone was cut off last week Friday, for no apparent reason. The account is NOT in arrears I checked this and also checked that the debit order had been paid. The connection was then restored, and on Monday, several times the phone was cut off (i.e. perfect signal, not able to make or receive calls/SMS or do data)
