That would be a good start. The closed schemes tend to be less jittery. e.g. Mine pays out all doctor prescribed pathology & radiology regardless of what is being tested for...they just assume that people have better things to do than being stuck with needles...so if people do suffer the needle treatment then presumably its legitimate. Check their websitePPS membership is open to graduate professionals who hold at least a four-year academic degree or the equivalent thereof at a University or University of Technology, that is in a profession that is eligible for PPS membership, such as an engineering degree, medical degree, Honours or Masters degree, and who are practicing in the field of their study. Membership is at the discretion of the PPS Board.
Why not just renew the license then?
Sure it costs $$$ but thats pretty much par for the course on these things these days.
