Can Telkom alter the price of the 500gb Night Surfer Recurring deal without notice?

Just bought the 500gb Night Surfer Recurring deal on my LTE contract. Just want to be 100% sure that the price will remain as initially advertised (R50 monthly) throughout and I won't get spooked by a R20 000 bill suddenly popping up 5 or so months from now.

Everything I've read so far seems to indicate the price is locked as advertised but I just want to make 100% sure that there is not some T&C I've missed somewhere.

Thanks for the reply. I'm not so much worried about using it up as I am about the R50 that has now been added as a recurring monthly fee on my existing contract becoming more than R50 in the future.

Anyway ShogunV2, you will just have to monitor MyBB now and then, people who buy it manually buy it will surely raise a fuss if there is a price increase.

For R50 that becomes a non issue. If you only use what you need (even 10GB), it's still an awesome offer/price.

The point is at any any given price (albeit >R500 would need authorisation) it's still decent. Of course big difference between R50 and R500. But if you want I'm sure you'd cancel. Doubt you'd get a R20k surprise anytime as per OP, that's OOB territory.

Can you please tell us how you managed do add this deal as a recurring bundle? Apparently Telkom's backoffice systems do not support this as a recurring data bundle (I was told this by the Telkom store I went to and the Telkom call centre).
