Can you cancel your NeoBroadband contract after a year?

Hi guys/girls

I am currently on a NeoBroadband 4mbs package. Reason I have one is the ADSL service in my area sucks, they have started to roll out FTTH in my area so its a no brainer for me to move back onto Fibre.

Question I have is, if I were to cancel my contract what costs would be involved?? Just device payment/the entire cost of the contract?

I have searched and found other posts but they don't really relate to the NeoBroadband service.

R1,000 cancellation fee IIRC. Just check the agreements that you signed...

Thank you, I will start hunting for them, its one of those cases of put it in a safe location, so safe that you will never find it again!

You can cancel. But you need to give them notice via email. The process takes about 20 for days or so
