Can you downgrade the R479 a month uncapped to the R250 one?

there is no downgrade option, pretty sure you have to send in a ticket for that

Hi DTBA,

This is possible after an upgrade however you will need to consider when the change is made as a pro rata will be applied. It would be best to migrate or request to be downgraded towards the end of the month to avoid this.
