That would be our favourite, world class, top of the range Telecoms provider with NO equal in this country......

saix =telkom, but i'm saying the problem is with his ISP and not with telkom or saix for that matter, if it was with saix we all would experience that problem, his ISP is overselling bandwidth and during the day more people use it than on weekends.
