My gf applied for a job and they asked her a series of questions via e-mail, eventually they said that she would need to be the guy's PA and pleasure him...

Like wtf. This is sick. Probably some old hag preying on young girls.

Tell her to go along with it (no, not that far), find out what company it is, and out the individual to the company.

If they don't do anything with that information, out the company publicly.

Definitely a case of sexual harassment there. If you can track the email and prove its a valid one.
You have two options - take the story to someone like Carte Blanche - August is National Woman's month - they'd have a field trip with it.
Or contact his boss's boss. Companies don't like publicity like this.

Or - arrange a interview at her 'house' for him - and get 4 or 5 big guys to help you...
