Ya, DFA is not really known for communicating, or speed when it comes to delivery.

Check what your contract says for service delivery, I would send them a notice of cancellation and apply with someone else. We also offer services in DFA buildings if you need.

Ya, look, when you need a calypto or helios or whatever from them, they basically have you over a barrel.

Thanks for the info guys.

So far it looks like its cancelled, whether or not i'll see a refund of the deposit is another story.. I'll let you know how it goes.

I've since signed-up with another provider and things are looking far far better, albeit a bit more expensive than Ignite.

I'm having the same problem with IS IGNITE

This is literally the worst customer service I have ever experienced. It makes Telkom call centers look like a walk in the park.

We STRUGGLED for 5 whole months with back and forth emails and calls every day or two just to get a fixed IP for our fibre service.

Next we needed to upgrade our line speed. We signed the contract for the upgrade two and a half months ago and have been paying for it since. But we are still on our old line speed and no upgrade has taken place.

Next step is going to our lawyer and trying to get cancellation from these circus clowns.
