Cannot Contact Cell C - SSL error

Are you guys also experiencing this? I am trying to contact Cell C to complain about the slow HSDPA throughput I was getting this morning while sitting in the Parow Medicross waiting room but could not open the "WRITE TO US" link. When I click on it I get,

The site's security certificate is not trusted!
You attempted to reach cellc.co.za, but the server presented a certificate issued by an entity that is not trusted by your computer's operating system. This may mean that the server has generated its own security credentials, which Chrome cannot rely on for identity information, or an attacker may be trying to intercept your communications.

And when I Proceed Anyway, I get,

Not Found
The requested URL /write-us was not found on this server.

I have informed Hetzner but as I cannot inform Cell C there is nothing I can do further. This has been like this since at least 12pm today.:erm:

Weird, the URL I get redirected to is:
https://cellc.co.za/write-us

But, I also get a message about an untrusted certificate:

www.cellc.co.za uses an invalid security certificate.

The certificate is not trusted because it is self-signed.
The certificate is only valid for phpmyadmin.cellc.co.za

Yup, they are most likely working on it as we speak, I now also get sent to https://cellc.co.za/write-us with the error "Not Found The requested URL /write-us was not found on this server."
