Cannot download using Telkom Mobile data on S3 mini

I recently got an S3 mini from Telkom Mobile, i can download from Play Store using Wifi, but i cannot download anything using my data.
The signal is fine.

You've probably set the device to only download over wifi or exceeded the mobile data limit which you set on the phone.

I have an s3 mini on TM and don't have any such issues. Check under your data settings or play store settings.
