YES ! I have loaded a bundle last week. Does this mean I have to wait 30 days before loading again. This is rather strange as MTN should not refuse money coming to them. Nobody refuses money !

Welcome to the world of sim swopping

But they don't refuse your money. You are welcome to load as much airtime as you want and use it for data ... at out-of-bundle rates R2/MB!![]()
The point your customers are making is this. We would like to load another R10 (for example) data bundle, but your system does not allow it. We, therefore have accumulated a number of sim cards which we use in sequence. So there is already a work-around to the 'problem' created by MTN. To my mind the restriction is silly and adds to customer frsutration. Not the best solution but it's the only one that works

I add this to the poor decision by MTN to limit the time available to use up the 2GB data offering. If the 2GB is not used within 30 days, the money and credit disappears into MTN's coffers. This is simply WRONG!
