cannot recharge and customer care is useless

hi, i need serious help, wasted 29 bucks for nothing, cannot recharge
i spoke to voda customer care and they said i must fax the airtime to 0860 082 082, i did that but then i got a msg saying that i should try it in a new phone and should work
my call was assigned as AS-0N1C-0S224
pls v3g help me
