Canon imagerunner c1028if won't scan to the given folder anymore

Hi all,

So i helped this guy with a small office last week,
5 pc's
Voip phone
Printer (c1028if)

So the ADSL goes into their 8 port switch, printer and the computers.
Now funny thing is everyone's computers can scan to their computer but the one guy can't anymore. Nothing has changed, new trendnet 8 port switch, that's it!

I can print from his computer to the printer with no issues, but when using the scan and fax software of windows it doesn't see a scanner. Same as when i send from the printer to his pc, it does the whole scanning thing and i assume it's sent. But no luck nothing?

I've searched google but no luck on those printers. Any advice guys

So got gatvol of struggling and watching youtube videos. Went forth by setting up scan to email for them, as most of them refer it like that anyway.
