Can't Authenticate - On IS network

Several times in the past few hours the connection will die, the router says Initializing LCP - and that's it... nothing. Router is synced with Telkom - so this is not a problem.

I'm with Openweb with Uncapped.

Anybody else having problems with this???

yep,,,had the same prob with IS(not with OpenWeb) could'nt authenticate for a couple of hours it seems to work now

Bad lightning and thunder storm in JHB for the past 2-3 hours, so you guess what......

Same problem here. Openweb uncapped. Been getting wrong username/password errors for the last 5 hours. Can't even access the usage stats page.

Is there anyone that can be contacted to resolve this?

yup i can't connect at all.

telkom says everything is fine - however another friend on SAIX TelkomInternet is having Authentication problems since 6pm when mine started.

I'm using a free local account atm with openweb which is letting me in, but my uncapped account won't.

I'm using a telkom a/c right now, no auth problems. Hope the is/openweb problem is resolved soon. Can we take this up with IS?

i dont know. Mr beep isnt on the forum atm. i can't email either unless i setup bluetooth again with my cell and go change all the smtp settings to vodacom which is a severe hole cramp... perhaps you could email him for us? - hope he hasnt gone out!.

i think ontop of all this IS is also having problems because i am back on my cellphone - cannot access MyADSL all of a sudden on the Free openweb account... so - my guess is someone fell over some wiring...
