I'm using my VC free mail account for webmail purposes.
There is a bug: If the mailbox overfills, one can't delete any mail from it to create space.
My mailbox is currently at 115% of 5MBytes.
I've taken the nice way of a complaint via the VC website, and it was emptied for me by VC with the promise it won't happen again.
Well, it has happened again.
I don't complain about the limited size of the mailbox included with my contract - it is not a freebie, but paid for as part of my monthly fee (I'm not upgrading to the so-called paid for mailbox).
But, please, get your act together and sort out this bug.
Nobody would like the idea of having to log a regular complaint about the same issue over and over again.
