Can't FTP anymore

Afternoon All,

Since the weekend I can't FTP to my site anymore. Is there something that iBurst has done recently that could affect this.

I gave them a call now and they said know and then wanted to know what my MTU settings are? Seriously...

I can browse perfectly just not FTP.

I can do a trace route to the IP address and it has no problems but as soon as I try FTP it tells me host not found?

Anyone know anything about this? My server is on the IS backbone.

Try changing from "active FTP" to "passive FTP" or vice versa in your FTP program settings.

Yes. Try switching to Passive Mode (PASV) . If you dont succeed try this address: web2ftp.com
