Cant load SMS or Data Bundles!

Im on my choice top up and when calling 555 it does not give me an option to load these bundles?

If you are on contract, you must contact your SP with your banking details and a fixed amount will be deducted monthly. You will recieve your SMS or Data Bundles automatically.
I personally prefer payasyougo simcard for Bundles and use 141 number and xfer airtime to Bundles.
