Can't log in!

I got my modem yesterday(finally!), and hooked it up. I got 3 bars of signal, which I reckon is not too bad considering I'm in an areas with "partial" coverage. Certainly I could connect to their login web page really quickly. Unfortunately, my username and password didn't work, the one the Sentech helpdesk told me was mine didn't work, and they have no-one there in the evenings who can change passwords.

its common knowledge and unlikely to help a 'hacker' so it wont hurt to pass this on.. if your login/password dont work.. use your login name and the default of 'sentech123' (without the quotes) and see if that works.. also, there are I think some bugs in their system, as I couldnt login just now, after restarting pc - and the techie just 'reset' the password, which puts it back to your username and the default one above..
re whoever told you there was no one there in the evenings who can change passwords was obviously a passing tea-lady or something, coz I got mine reset to default as well as got asked by the techie if I'd like to have the password changed manually by him (this at around 8pm friday)

All working! Very happy now! Turns out someone high up in the helpdesk was an old colleague, and he helped - something about my account not being initialised.

Pity that they don't bother to let anyone know the default passwords, the mail server settings, etc etc.
