I've been a prepaid mtn customer for the last 2 years,and had activated my mtn loaded account 2years ago.I use the online mtn website to send and receive emails and smses.Now all of a sudden i cannot log into my account it says i'm not registered witht mtn i must register,Step 1 goes well with ticking the terms and conditions but step 2 hangs,I enter the code into my phone and on the website it says "processing..." thats it getting stuck there.I had this activated this for over 2 yrs and suddenly this?Abd my e-mails mtn?Are they all lost?This is unbefitting of mtn.
