Can't receive incoming Telkom calls on Vodacom

Good day.

Any one with a solution? I have been struggling for two days to receive incoming landline calls on my Vodacom phone. Was on the line with the helpdesk at Vodacom, but can still not receive incoming landline calls. Please help.

Ported number? Then, ask Vodacom to fix routing table.
