What's going on MTN????

My SMS Msg centre is +27 83 100 000 2.... but i can't send sms's from time to time. I tried different phones - as well as different sim cards....

Can this be a Altech Autopage thing? Or even worse...perhaps an MTN thing?

Anyone else having this problem?
