Can't stay connected

Am I the only one who is struggling to stay connected? This problem has been intermittent for about two weeks now, but today is one of the particularly bad days.

I'm in Plumstead, Cape Town.

Yes...
I am in Pinelands. The one second I'll have superfast connection. The next second nothing. (I'm tempted to use stronger language).
This is extremely frustrating, especially since my connection is often interrupted during internet payments etc.
I am starting to dread my decision of getting 3G.
