Last night I still had some cap left. Iput a file to download and this morning after my cap had dried up i couldnt browse ANYTHING other than wbs' site
anyone else experiencing this?
I called the helpdesk and was told that they have "speed" issues
apart from stating the obvious isnt it weird that it happens when I am supposed to be throttled?
can anyone shed any light ?
I cant browse ANYTHING local or international but the minute I try open
www.wbs.co.za it flies open faster than a zipper on prom night.
