Cap interest...

So. Besides the fact that people are getting hard capped from ages past when you've used up to 27 gigs or more of your allowance, I thought it would be interesting to make a post about us being capped 1.8gigs before the allowance is up. I have two accounts thankfully so I can make this post
I don't know if my ISP is getting this info from Telkom, but it is way beyond wrong.
I've been checking and watching bandwidth etc.
It started with a message saying that we had used 5.8GB of out 6GB allowance. I thought this was impossible, so I checked, nope. We had only used 3.7.
Now yesterday, we were hardcapped. So I flipped on my other account, and the results were as follows.

Concurrent Connections: 2 (My father and myself connected at two different places)

This is all very fishy to me.
I'm told now that I've not been reported on two days (which I have checked now, still not being shown.) where I supposedly used about 2.8 gigs. Now how do I know this for starters if they do not tell me?
This being besides the point. On the 7th and 12th was the high usage of bandwidth. Now, on the 7th, my account was disabled (so... how the heck does that help.) And on the 12th was my only big download which I am responsible for. So now I ask, why isn't it recorded (although I am checking with an outside source as Axxess' Bandwidth Checker is down) on my stats that I did anything on the 12th and how could there be something used on the 7th seeing as I couldn't use it? Any ideas?

SAIX tracker is always right, if you using the SAIX Tracker. or even a SAIX account

Well.. that is what I'm using, yet that still tells me I used 4.1 gigs. Where is the rest then? :|

well Imaginet cant bill you for something that isnt on SAIXs page. Imaginet gets billed per gig from SAIX aswell.
