im not sure howit works atm but initialy what happend is that SAIX did all authentication on there radius server except for TI who did there own this meant SAIX was in control of the capping ... if any of the other ISP's are allowed to now run there own authentication they will pick a time to "cap" there users for arguments sake midnight.this would entail calculating the traffic on the radius accounting [all except for current session records get writen on log off]and if you over your radius profile gets updated to reflect your capped status so next time you log in you will be capped.
now to ensure you dont abuse this ie not counting current session and that you only capped on next log on all dslams have a session timeout of 24 hours ...
