My problem with his use of language is that he doesnt seem to know as much as say, TheRoDent ito bits and bytes and how bandwidth sharing/allocation works. He should be fully aware of all the details of running an ISP and bandwidth management and should say people are downloading gigabits. Its well known that data is measured in gigaBYTES. He's in a pretty high position in a public company and obviously the chosen PRO for Sentech and as such his english must be pretty good no matter who he is. Poor use of language does not instill a feeling of competence in subscribers and potential customers. But to be fair, forumites are just taking the mickey out of him because of the stupid stuff he says and due to pent up frustration.. who cares about his english if he could provide a flawless service.
