Cape Town may lose World Cup semifinal

The Green Point Stadium position has never been favoured by the Residents in that area.
It is also miles away from the coloured or black people that may have an inclination to play soccer or use it post 2010.
Build the flipping thing in a position that is nearer to the people on The Cape Flats.

IMO I think Helen knew that this was going to happen.
I did read several reports about the Green Point Residents opposition to the Stadium's placement etc.
The Court Action was the next step and now it seems it is going to be a reality.

I still stand firm on My Suggestion for the 2010 Soccer World Cup Stadium in Cape Town - 56K Warning

Green Point is a bad location. They should have done a better job selecting a location in Cape Town to start with when they knew deadlines would be tight.

BTW, the design is UGLY!
