Not hard to get a prosecution , all it takes is the will to do it and some one that knows the system .

Very easy to track either one 205 the info and sooner or later some one will get caught .
Real time tracking a cell phone with imei number or CCTV on a call box , very easy just the will to do it .
May take week or two but one good publicized conviction will put the brakes on that shyt .

Tracking calls by imei goes over my head, but not every phone is covered by cctv.
 
How many public phones are there anyway? I bet you a lot of the idiots uses their own RICAd sims/phones (or at least RICAd to their parents)...
