Cape Town has been ranked as the worst city in South Africa for traffic congestion - and ranks among the top 50 worst cities in the world, according to the latest Tom Tom Traffic Index.

Make sense to have a national road with just 2 lanes !

It getting worse now with the construction ,can't even see much construction happening but they block off whole lane to do work on the road.
